What is 988?
988 offers 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress. That could be:
- Thoughts of suicide
- Mental health or substance use crisis, or
- Any other kind of emotional distress
People can call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org for themselves or if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.
988 serves as a universal entry point so that no matter where you live in the United States, you can reach a trained crisis counselor who can help.
What's Your Connection to 988?
We’re not directly affiliated with the 988 hotline, but believe it’s an incredible resource for anyone suffering mental health struggles and difficulties. As the 988 website says, 988 is the first step towards a transformed crisis care system in America and we’re happy to support their cause.
What's with the 988 Colors?
We're glad you asked! That part of our messaging around mental health. Each different colored logo represents a different anxiety:
Red = Social Media
Blue = Addiction
Green = Body Image
We will be rolling out new colors around additional mental health areas in the future.
Why are there QR Codes in Your Designs?
Great question! We encourage you to grab your phone and take a look. Each different color coded design has a unique QR code that links to things we think you'll appreciate.
Ordering
What size should I buy?
Our t-shirts are Port & Company - Core Cotten Tees. They hang straight and provide that simple look and design we love. All sizes are men's true fit, with the exception of XS which is a woman's XS.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. We aim to have your order shipped in 1 - 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your return policy?
If you don't like our shirt, we don't want it taking up space in your closet or even worse in a landfill somewhere. Feel free to return it for another item or a full refund within 30 days.
